METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONTINUOUS HIGH STRENGTH FILAMENT COMPOSED OF NANOFIBERS AND FILAMENTS MANUFACTURED THEREBY

A continuous high strength filament composed of nano fibers and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange the nano fibers with below 10 degrees toward the fiber shaft. A spinning solution main tank(1) stores the spinning solution. A metering pump(2) supplies a fixed quantity of the spinning solution. An upstream type of nozzle block(4) includes a nozzle(5) constructed by plural pins with a block shape and jets the spinning solution as the fiber phase. A band type of collector(7) is positioned at the upper portion of the nozzle block and integrates the spun single fibers. A voltage generating apparatus generates the high voltage. A spinning solution discharge apparatus(12) is connected to the uppermost portion of a nozzle block.
