<p>A handoff performing method in a mobile IP is provided to supply a seamless mobile IP service by supporting faster handoff through tuning of a software system when using the mobile IP on a wireless LAN(Local Area Network), thereby improving convenience of a user and reliability of a product. In an advertisement message broadcasted by an agent of a predetermined network, a handoff performing method in a mobile IP(Internet Protocol) performs the handoff of a mobile node for a few seconds through a step of controlling the lifetime(101) and advertisement time of the advertisement message. The optimum value of the lifetime(101) and advertisement time is set by a value for minimizing load in a state of a network. The lifetime(101) of the advertisement message is set as one second.</p> |
