A washing water circulating apparatus of a drum type washing machine is provided to supply the water in the drum and increase the washing performance due to the circulation of the water by forming the blowing fan having the fixing unit and the wings at the rear part of the drum. A washing water circulating apparatus(60) of a drum type washing machine is composed of: a cabinet whose front surface is opened; a tub(40) mounted in the cabinet; a drum(50) where a rotary shaft is horizontally placed in the tub; a driving apparatus mounted at the rear part of the tub and connected to the drum; a fixing unit(62) mounted at the center of the rear part of the drum and connected with a rotary shaft(70) of the driving apparatus; and plural wings(64) mounted between the fixing unit and the outer wall of the drum. The rear part of the fixing unit is opened, wherein a rotor(90) mounted at an end of the rotary shaft is inserted.
