METHOD FOR PREPARING ADHESIVE ACRYLIC ESTER POLYMER SYRUP

Provided is a method for preparing an acrylic ester polymer syrup for an adhesive to obtain a high polymerization conversion ratio of 30-70 % even with a small amount of an initiator at a low polymerization temperature and to reduce a reaction time. The method comprises the steps of supplying a monomer solution and an initiator solution to a monomer solution storage tank(1) and an initiator solution storage tank(2), respectively; separately supplying the monomer solution and the initiator solution to a total mixing type continuous reactor(3), respectively with maintaining the amount of dissolved oxygen of the monomer solution storage tank and the initiator solution storage tank to be 0.0001-3 ppm, or mixing the two solutions just before the supply and supplying the obtained mixture; and continuously mass polymerizing the supplied one at a temperature of 70-150 deg.C and at a pressure of a room temperature to 10 atm. with an average retention time of 30-240 min.
