An organic light emitting device is provided to increase an alignment margin of a metal mask by increasing a forming region of a sub pixel emitting each color. In an organic light emitting device, first to 2n-th anode layers(22,24) are arranged with the stripe shape on a substrate. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the first to 2n-th anode layers(22,24). A plurality of cathode layers is formed on the organic light emitting layer to be orthogonal to the first and 2n-th anode layers(22,24). A plurality of pixels(25) is defined by the organic light emitting layer formed in a region where the first to 2n-th anode layers(22,24) and the plurality of cathode layers meet each other. At least one first sub pixel(26) emitting red color(R), green color(G) or blue color(B) is formed in each pixel(25) of the first to 2n-th anode layers(22,24) and a second sub pixel(27) emitting white color(W) is formed at the lower side of the first sub pixel(26). At least one first sub pixel(26) emitting red color(R), green color(G) or blue color(B) is formed in each pixel(25) of the second to 2k-th anode layers(24) and a second sub pixel(27) emitting white color(W) is formed at the upper side of the first sub pixel(26).
