<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type building in which the load of a roof can be supported while the height of the sloped roof can be lowered. SOLUTION: The unit type building 1 has a plurality of box-shaped building units 3A to 3D arranged by collecting and uniting corner sections and the sloped roof 4 installed adjacent to ceiling beams placed on the outer circumferences of the building units 3A to 3D. Reinforcing beams 20 are mounted in the crossed direction of the ceiling beams on the outer circumferences of the building units, and roof supporting sections supporting the sloped roof 4 are formed in a height lower than the top faces of the reinforcing beams 20 in the reinforcing beams 20 while the reinforcing beams 20 are supported to columns on the outer circumferences of the building units through supporting members 30. Consequently, the load of the roof can be supported by the reinforcing beams, the height of the sloped roof can be lowered and the unit type building can correspond to oblique lines on the north side.</p> |
