摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depth inspection method of a non-through hole that can arbitrarily set the depth of the non-through hole and can save facility investment. <P>SOLUTION: A first inspection 1 having a plate thickness T2 being equivalent to the allowable maximum value, and a first inspection section C1 having a plate thickness T1 being equivalent to the allowable minimum value of a punch depth, are formed first at the end section of a workpiece 1 in a preliminary process. In a next punching process, a through hole 20 is formed at the first inspection section C1, and a non-through hole 21 is formed at the second inspection section C2, thus also punching a machining section B under the same conditions. Then, regardless of the thickness of the machining section B, the depth of the non-through hole 21 can be set freely. In the inspection process, it is easily and inexpensively understood that the depth of the non-through hole 21 is within an allowable range Tt if the transmission light exists only at the first inspection section and there is no transmission light at the second inspection section C2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
