An endoscope reprocessor connector having a reduced occlusion is provided to prevent leakage of flow by forcing a second sealing side to be in contact with a first sealing side by a pressure when the pressure of flow passage related to the a second flow is over a predetermined level. In an endoscope reprocessor connector having a reduced occlusion, a coupling is configured to be coupled with a port having a first sealing side which is connected with a lumen on a lumen apparatus. A sealing area made of a resilient substance movably connected with a flow passage includes a second sealing side which is shaped to be coupled with the first sealing side. The sealing area is suitable for being coupled with the first sealing side under a first flow in a connector and being separated from the first sealing side under a second flow different from the first flow.
