A loading apparatus for a trunk of a vehicle is provided to ensure variable accommodation capacity of the trunk by permitting the loading apparatus to include an accommodation vessel which is movable between a stop position and a loading position by a guide member. A loading apparatus(1) for a trunk of a vehicle, comprises an accommodation vessel(3) arranged to be movable between a stop position and a loading position by a guide member. The guide member and the accommodation vessel are arranged in a frame module(4 to 6). The frame module is mounted on an inner wall end of the trunk in such a manner that the frame module is releasable by fixing members which are operable even without a tool.
