摘要

A dish washer is provided to preclude the dew condensation water from falling on the floor and corroding the top board of the sink by reducing the condensation volume of the discharged steam on the top board of the sink. A dish washer is composed of: a washing tub(1) for receiving dishes(5); a nozzle(4) placed in the washing tub to inject the water to the dishes; a washing pump(8) for transferring the water to the nozzle; a heating device(7) for heating the water and drying the dishes; a blowing fan(10) for discharging the steam of the washing tub to the outside of the washer; and a temperature detection apparatus(12) for detecting the temperature of the water of the washing tub. The blowing fan is continuously or intermittently operated after the temperature of the water detected by the temperature detection apparatus reaches the set temperature at more than one stroke of the washing and heating/rinsing strokes. The predetermined temperature is lower than the set maximum temperature of the washing stroke.
