A connection arrangement between two expandable tubulars 20, 22 includes one of the tubulars having a hinged restraining member 40 or overlap sleeve; the hinge 88 can be a thinner part of the restraining member 40. The tubulars can comprise a filter screen 28 and on expansion the restraining member 40 provides support for the screen as a gap between the restraining member 40 and the tubular 20 closes.
