A display device is provided to restrict the luminance degradation and change of an optical element caused due to voltage drop by keeping the resistance of a power supply line lower than that of a signal line. A display device includes a substrate(10); an active layer disposed on the substrate; a gate insulating film(16) arranged on the active layer; a scan line connected with a gate electrode disposed at the gate insulating film; an inter-insulating layer(20) formed at the gate electrode; a data line connected with a source or drain electrode disposed on the inter-insulating layer; a first flat layer(26) formed at the data line; a power supply line(Vdd) arranged on the first flat layer; and plural optical elements arranged on the power supply line. The resistance of the power supply line is lower than that of the data line. |
