A method of constructing a ground water drainage for reducing upward water pressure of a construction and a system thereof are provided to ease the width of the discharge volume change due to the rise of the upward water pressure according to the height difference of the drain boards. In a construction method of forming a drainage for discharging the ground water through a sump pit(50), a method of constructing a ground water drainage for reducing upward water pressure of a construction comprises a first process of stopped to be on a level with an excavated finishing surface(20); a second process of installing drain boards(3,300) working as a drainage; a third process of forming a first discarding concrete layer by pouring a mortar up to a predetermined height; a fourth process of forming a second discarding concrete layer by pouring the mortar at the excavated finishing surface with a predetermined height; and a fifth process of placing the drain boards on the upper surface of the second discarding concrete layer. |
