The inner skin comprises one or more synthetic films (2) with light regulating and/or sun shade properties. All or part of the films can be removed separately and they can function as projection screens. The films can be unrolled from or rolled up onto tubes (3, 5) using a motor (4). The cavity (6) is ventilated. The outer skin can be formed by double-glazing (1).
