POLYOLEFIN RESIN COMPOSITION AND FILM

Provided are a polyolefin resin composition, and a polyolefin film prepared by using the composition which are excellent in adhesion, printing property and productivity and is not released even in case of the contact with a metallic roll. The polyolefin resin composition comprises 50-99 parts by weight of a first polyolefin resin containing 70-100 mol% of ethylene; and 1-50 parts by weight of a dispersed resin which comprises 0.1-50 wt% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its acid anhydride-modified polyolefin resin and 50-99.9 wt% of a second polyolefin resin for encapsulating the modified polyolefin resin. The second polyolefin resin is selected from an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer, a propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer and their mixture, and has a content of polypropylene, polybutene and ethylene less than 70 mol%.
