摘要 A flexible metal clad laminate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve an adhesive force between a polymer film and a metal conductive layer by forming a tie coating layer and a seed layer at an upper portion of the polymer film. A flexible clad laminate includes a polymer film(10). A tie coating layer(20) is formed at an upper portion of the polymer film(10) by a vacuum film forming method. The tie coating layer(20) has a thickness ranging from 50 to 150 angstrom. A seed layer(30) includes a first metal seed layer(31) and a second metal seed layer(32). The first metal seed layer(31) is formed at an upper portion of the tie coating layer(20) by a sputtering method. The second metal seed layer(32) is formed on the first metal seed layer(31) by an evaporation method. A metal conductive layer(40) is formed at an upper portion of the seed layer(30) by an electrolytic plating.
