A solenoid valve of a power steering system is provided to reduce pressure of oil flowed in by preventing the oil from being linearly flowed in from the both sides and to reduce the reaction force of oil generated inside due to the oil pressure decrease. A solenoid valve of a power steering system comprises a solenoid main body moving a plunger(58) having a hollow pilot(58a) formed with a rod(56) at a plunger chamber(PC) in a case(52) by exciting a core(54) in the case opened at one side; a hollow valve housing(60) connected with one side of the case at one opened end to tightly close one side of the case through the other closed end, communicated with the other end and lateral sides vertically and laterally, and formed with first and second orifices(60a,60b) bypassing oil of a reaction chamber; a spool(70) formed with an oil hole(70a) to supply oil flowed into the first and second orifices of the valve housing to the plunger chamber of the solenoid main body and to control communication of the first and second orifices moved by the rod of the solenoid main body; an elastic means elastically supporting the spool; and a pressure reducing means reducing pressure of oil by regulating oil flow supplied to the oil hole of the spool through the first orifice of the valve housing. |
