A power detector insensitive to temperature change is provided to exactly detect the power magnitude of an output signal of a power amplifier regardless of the temperature change of the peripheral surroundings or the partial temperature change of a circuit. A power detector insensitive to temperature change includes a detecting unit for detecting only high frequency components of an input signal; an amplification unit having a first transistor(Q31) for receiving the signal detected in the input signal detecting unit through a base, amplifying the received signal, and then outputting collector current; a measuring unit connected with a collector of the first transistor and provided with at least one impedance; and a bias applying unit for supplying bias current for driving the first transistor. |
