LINEAR ACTUATOR USING VOICE COIL MOTOR TYPE ACTUATION

A linear actuator of a voice coil motor type is provided to be applied to various portable devices such as a PDA and a cellular phone by satisfying an essential capability and occupying a minimum space when being applied to an optical zoom and an automatic focus camera module. In a linear actuator of a voice coil motor type, an actuating unit(100) with the voice coil motor type moves in one or the other direction linearly. A connection axis(300) connected with the actuating unit(100) moves in one or the other direction linearly according to an actuation of the actuating unit(100). A transporting unit(200) is formed by being inserted into an outer circumference of the connection axis(300) and moves the object linearly by being connected with the object.
