A system and a method for a reception/support business of banking facilities are provided to enable a charged teller of each business step to advance examination and approval while inquiring related images by automatically collecting customer information through a recognition process of an image type e-document received from a back-office center if a branch sends real documents to the back-office center. A branch system(200) transmits the documents to the back-office center(500) by attaching a collection table of each teller/branch, transmits data scanning the document to the back-office center and a computer center(400), sends the scanned document to a document management center(300), and inquires an image document by linking with the computer center. The computer center stores image/index information of the documents received from the branch/back-office system, and transmits the business to the back-office center according to a preset business process or automatically performs the examination in case of the automatic examination. The back-office center determines a processing result according to a condition by inquiring the registered image data or the customer information stored in a present system. |
