A method for forming a polymer liquefied resin molding and an apparatus thereof are provided to minimize an inferior ratio and obtain goods with a high quality by equally transferring a heat into a whole face of a molding frame assembled with an assembling hole. A method for forming a polymer liquefied resin molding includes the steps of: forming an inner part of a heating plate(100) inserted by a molding frame with a predetermined shape as a hollowness; forming a molding by circulating a heating medium oil with a high temperature into an inner part of the heating plate; and, gradually decreasing a temperature of the heating medium oil from a lower end of the heating plate to an upper end and circulating.
