An air pressure control apparatus of a tire is provided to prevent the performance of the brake from dropping due to the low air pressure of the tire and prevent the flat tire from connecting the accident by injecting the air in the tire through the air inlet and outlet unit while traveling. An air pressure control apparatus of a tire comprises a pneumatic system unit(10) equipped at the vehicle to generate the air necessary to keep the pneumatic condition of tires(T) at the proper condition and to flow and discharge the air; a pneumatic condition sensing unit(20) installed at a tire wheel to check the pneumatic condition of the tire where the air is inflowed or discharged by the pneumatic system unit; a system control unit(30) receiving the pneumatic condition of the tire from the pneumatic condition sensing unit, displaying the condition through the monitor, and supplying the power to the pneumatic system unit; and an air inlet/outlet unit(40) detachably mounted at the tire wheel to receive the air from the pneumatic system unit and to flow the air in the tire and discharge the air from the tire.
