<p>Primers for the detection of raw materials causing allergy and a detection method of allergy-causing food by using the same primers are provided to detect allergy-causing food including milk, pig, egg, mackerel, crab, soybean, peach, peanut, tomato, buckwheat and wheat rapidly and conveniently by using PCR or real-time PCR with the primers. The primer pair for the detection of raw materials causing allergy is selected from a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:3 and SEQ ID NO:4, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:5 and SEQ ID NO:6, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:7 and SEQ ID NO:8, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:9 and SEQ ID NO:10, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:11 and SEQ ID NO:12, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:13 and SEQ ID NO:14, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:15 and SEQ ID NO:16, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:17 and SEQ ID NO:18, a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:19 and SEQ ID NO:20, and a pair of primers comprising the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:21 and SEQ ID NO:22. The allergy-causing food is detected by performing PCR(polymerase chain reaction) of a food sample with the primer pair, wherein the food sample is processed or unprocessed food.</p> |
