DISH WASHER AND CONTROLLING METHOD OF THE SAME

A dish washer and a control method of the same are provided to increase the washing performance of dishes and elevate the cleaning degree by continuously operating step of injecting the water and supplying the steam through the nozzles and the steam generator. A dish washer comprises: a tub(18) whose one surface is opened to receive dishes; a door(2) for opening and closing the opened surface of the tub; nozzles(14,15,24) arranged in the tub to inject the water to the dishes; and a steam generator(20) for generating the steam and supplying the steam into the tub. The step of injecting the water by the nozzles and supplying the steam into the tub by the steam generator is operated at least two times. The water injection and steam supply steps are consecutively and repeatedly operated.
