A functional house with a far infrared ray bedroom for sound sleep is provided to radiate the far infrared ray and release the fatigue of a dweller by using a far infrared ray radiation ready mixed concrete, a far infrared ray radiation mortar, and a far infrared ray panel member. A functional house(10) with a far infrared ray bedroom for sound sleep is composed of a floor formed with hypocaust pipes and a far infrared ray radiation mortar(14'); an outer wall(12b) formed as an assembly-type functional panel member by pouring a far infrared ray radiation aggregate mixed with 30% ocher, 4% elvan, 3% amethyst, 40% common aggregate, and 20% limestone and the mortar into a panel frame; an inner wall(12a) made of the far infrared ray radiation mortar mixed with charcoal, ocher, gem, elvan, and amethyst to be divided into an inner room(19), a living room, and a small room; and a sound sleep room(16) formed with wall bodies(16') at one side of the inner room and made of the far infrared ray radiation mortar. A heating body(17) is installed at the wall bodies to heat the sound sleep room.
