A fixing structure of an external steel wire for tensional and shear reinforcement is provided to increase the tensional and shear reinforcement and limit the occurrence of the dust by minimizing the removal of the finishing material at the reinforcing work. A fixing structure of an external steel wire(W) for tensional and shear reinforcement is composed of an end fixing member(100a) mounted at a bonded part of a large beam(G) and a small beam(B) to install the external steel wire at the longitudinal end of the small beam and to reinforce the front end portion of the bonded part; and a center fixing middle(200a) fixed at the lower part of the center of the small beam to mount the external steel wire at the lower part of the longitudinal center of the small beam and mounted with a steel wire fixing device(132a). The end fixing member contains a slab fixing part(110a) fixed at the floor slab, a beam fixing part(120a) installed at the large beam, and a steel wire fixing part(130a) mounted with the steel wire fixing device. The end fixing member secures a predetermined gap among a slab(S), and large and small beams.
