An organic electroluminescence display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve an image quality by preventing a block dim by minimizing an optical interference. In an organic electroluminescence display device, a gate wiring and a data wiring(102) define red, green, and blue unit pixels by crossing one another on a substrate. A switching element and a driving element, consisting of a transistor including a gate electrode, an active layer, a source and drain electrodes, are formed on a non-light emitting area in the unit pixels. A light emitting area is formed at a pixel electrode contacted with the drain electrode of the driving element in the unit pixels. At least one of the non-light emitting areas of the red, green, and blue unit pixels is formed at a different area. |
