A system and a method for credit examination of banking facilities are provided to enable a charged teller of each step to advance the credit examination while inquiring customer information and examination documents at the same time in the online by automatically collecting the customer information and distributing business to each teller. A branch system(200) extracts image/index information from the documents scanned through a scanner, transmits the extracted information to a computer center(500), sends all documents to a document management center(300), and inquires an image document by linking with the computer center. The computer center stores/manages the image/index information of the documents received from the branch system, and distributes/transmits the business of each step to a back-office center(400) according to a preset business process, or automatically performs the credit examination in case that of automatic examination. The back-office center transmits the business to each charged teller of the back-office center, stores a processed result, and directly transmits result information to a customer(100). |
