A hub system for exchanging an electronic tax invoice is provided to promote EC(Electronic Commerce), increase user convenience, and offer effect for quickly processing business and reducing expenses by freely exchanging the tax invoice among multiple tax invoice issuance systems issuing the tax invoices using different specifications. A specification transformer(110) transforms the electronic tax invoice of the different specification into the standard electronic tax invoice. A password generator(120) generates an OTP(One-Time Password). The first encoder(130) encodes the transformed electronic tax invoice in a symmetric key mode by using the generated OTP. The second encoder(140) encodes the OTP with a public key of an electronic tax invoice exchanging server(200). An electronic tax invoice transmitter(150) transmits the encoded electronic tax invoice, the encoded OTP, and user registration information including ID information of the electronic tax invoice issuance system(100a) and an electronic tax invoice issuer, and receiver information to the electronic tax invoice exchanging server. |
