A process of fabricating functional tube container is provided to reduce steps in the tube manufacturing process by omitting manufacturing step of shoulder part, and result in mass-production of the tube by placing an extruded cylindrical or printed tube in a mold and injection-molding the mold containing the tube while combining the tube with one-touch cap of the tube container. The process comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a tube(10) by extrusion molding; (b) cutting both ends of the tube as desired by a user; and (c) putting the cut tube into a mold and injection-molding the tube in one-touch cap form and, at the same time, combining the tube with the formed one-touch cap. The tube is fabricated of five layers including low density polyethylene, adhesive resin, ethylene vinyl alcohol, adhesive resin and low density polyethylene in order. The one-touch cap consists of cap body(20), a cap(30) hinge-coupled to top of the cap body, a vent(22) for drawing out content of the cap body, and projections(31,32) for opening and closing the vent.
