A full ice-making method of a refrigerator and a refrigerator thereof are provided to obtain fully iced ice even though an environmental atmosphere is low, and prevent tangling of ice caused by cracks of incomplete fragile ice. In a full ice-making method of a refrigerator, a reference atmospheric temperature is set for full ice-making temperature for determining completely made state of ice and controlling the full ice-making temperature(S111). Ice making is carried out by supplying water to an ice making tray(S112). An atmospheric temperature and a temperature of the ice making tray are sensed and compared with each other for controlling the full ice-making temperature(S113-S117). An ice separating motor is driven to separate ice from the ice making tray, as the temperature of the ice making tray reaches the controlled full ice-making temperature(S118).
