An auxiliary device for performing a function of an auxiliary display/input device for an electronic device is provided to apply for diverse fields and diversely offer a desired kind of convenience to a user by performing the function of the auxiliary input device with variation into diverse types in case of need. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(230) displays a screen. A touch pad(220) performs data input with screen touch by being formed in the LCD. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface(260) makes the LCD display the data received from the electronic device(510) and transfer the data inputted through the touch pad by performing data communication with the electronic device. An FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)(250) communicates the data with the LCD, the touch pad, and the USB interface, controls a display operation of the LCD according to an operation of a program by being programmed to perform a specific function with the program installed to the electronic device, and transfers a command inputted through the touch pad to the electronic device.
