A self-power generation-type door lock system is provided to open a locked door by generating an electric power with the rotation of a main key lever, without supplying an external power when a battery of the system is discharged. A power managing module(300) generates an electric power by using a rotary driving power and supplies the power to a system. A power transmitting module(200) increases a rotary driving power transmitted from the outside and transmits the increased power to the power managing module. A key control module(100) has a rotary member opening/closing a door, a main key lever transmitting the driving power when the rotary member is rotated in one direction or freely rotating when the rotary member is rotated in the other direction, and a power transmitting part interlocking with the power transmitting module.
