A device for fixing a Motise door lock is provided to prevent a first fastening member from being released from a fixing hole of a fixing plate by pressing the head portion of the first fastening member with a finish plate. A Motise door lock(10) is inserted in an installation groove of a door. A fixing plate(20) is fixed to one side of the Motise door lock, and is provided with a fixing hole(21) for fixing the Motise door lock to the door by a first fastening member(40). A finish plate(30) is installed to the fixing plate by a second fastening member(41), and is provided with an installation hole(31) for preventing the fastening member from being released due to the finish plate.
