A phase difference substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a three-dimensional display device having the same are provided to easily manufacture a phase difference substrate having different optical axes without a photolithographic process. A phase difference substrate(350) comprises a first phase difference part(352) and a second phase difference part(354), which are uniformly arranged. The phase difference substrate is provided on an upper surface of a flat display device(340). An optical axis of the first phase difference part is the same as a polarization axis of a polarizing plate(312). An optical axis of the second phase difference part makes a difference of 45 degrees with respect to the polarization axis of the polarizing plate. |
