TURBINE GEAR SHAFT SEAL STRUCTURE

摘要

A structure for sealing a shaft of a turning gear of a turbine is provided to prevent leakage of oil into a gap between a turning gear shaft and a sealing sleeve of a housing. A turbine gear has a sleeve(4) making contact with a gear shaft(3) to which a gear(2) is mounted and an O-ring(5) in the interior of a housing(1). A cover(7) is separated from the sleeve making contact with the gear shaft in the interior of the housing to prevent leakage of oil into a gap between the gear shaft and the sleeve. The cover is installed so that oil cannot drop to the sleeve which is a shaft sealing portion even if the oil is injected to the gear during the operation of the turbine rotor.
