A health measurement device, a health management method using the same, and a system therefor are provided to allow a user to manage health for oneself by quantitatively measuring a specific component measured from a sensor which measures the specific component included in breath and measuring a movement distance of the user from an acceleration sensor. A measurement sensor unit(110) detects a specific component of breath inputted from the outside or a movement speed, and converts the detected specific component or movement speed into an electric signal. A control unit(130) receives the specific component or the movement speed measured from the measurement sensor unit(110), digitalizes the specific component or the movement speed, reads a reference value corresponding to the specific component, operates a numerical value in which the measured specific component exceeds the reference value, and determines a warning level. A storing unit(160) stores the specific component or the movement speed digitalized in the control unit(130), the reference value corresponding to the specific component, and the warning level. An interface unit(170) transmits data stored in the storing unit(160) to a mobile terminal.
