TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE SUBSTRATE WITH METAL GRID AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL HAVING THE SAME

A transparent conductive substrate including a metal grid is provided to prevent a metal grid from being deformed by fixing a metal grid to a concave part of a transparent substrate. A transparent substrate(110) includes an upper surface(110a) of a predetermined level and a plurality of concave parts(112) recessed from the upper surface by a predetermined depth. A grid(120) has an upper surface(120a) of the same level as the upper surface of the transparent substrate, made of a metal thin film filled in the concave part of the transparent substrate. A conductive passivation thin film(130) is flatly extended to a portion on the transparent substrate without an unevenness part so as to cover the upper surface of the transparent substrate and the upper surface of the grid. The transparent substrate is made of a polymer substrate capable of being bent.
