An outer handle cover mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to easily and quickly install an outer handle cover by preventing the outer handle cover from being relatively rotated about an outer handle base and to improve appearance by removing difference due to defective assembling. In an outer handle cover mounting structure of a vehicle, an outer handle base(10) is formed with an assembling hole; and a rotation preventing groove(10b) on a predetermined portion of the lateral wall of the assembling hole in a staple-like shape. An outer handle cover(11) inserted/fitted into the assembling hole is formed with two protrusions(11a) projected at both sides of the rear side like a reverse-L type to be inserted/held on the rotation preventing groove; and a boss projected/curved backward to have a bolt assembling hole to insert an assembling bolt.
