A drive circuit board for a plasma display panel and a plasma display apparatus having the same are provided to reduce remarkably noise generated from circuit elements of the drive circuit board by using a noise absorbing plate. A printed circuit board(61) is formed of an insulating material. A plurality of circuit elements(62) are installed on the printed circuit board. At least one heat dissipation member is installed between the plurality of circuit elements in order to dissipate the heat generated from the circuit elements. A noise absorbing unit(80) is installed at an upper part of the heat dissipation member in order to absorb noise generated from the circuit elements. The noise absorbing unit is formed of a noise absorbing material.
