DISH WASHER AND CONTROLLING METHOD OF THE SAME

A dish washer and a control method of the same are provided to smoothly remove the scraps and increase the washing effect of dishes by containing the steam generator for interlocking the discharge stroke through discharge pipe lines and steam supply strokes for supplying the steam into the inside of the tub. A dish washer comprises a tub(18) whose one surface is opened to receive dishes; a door(2) for opening and closing the opened surface of the tub; water supply and discharge pipe lines(22,23) communicating the inner and outer parts of the tub; a connection pipe line for communicating the discharge side of the steam generator and the inside of the tub; and a steam generator(20) for generating the steam by interlocking the discharge stroke through the discharge pipe line and the steam supply stroke of supplying the steam into the inside of the tub. The discharge stroke is more than one of the initial, preliminary and main water, and rinsing water discharge strokes.
