An out-focusing method and a camera for embodying the same are provided to embody out-focusing through an image comparison method by two-times photographing and a method using a selection window frame sample for performing the out-focusing on a liquid crystal screen shown in photographing. A lens(110) inputs external light. A liquid crystal screen(120) displays an image signal inputted from the lens(110). A memory(130) stores a photographed image. A control unit(140) compares two images photographed in an out-focusing mode, selects a region in which change is low, and performs the blur effect process of the other region.
