A sound source reproducing device and an audio amplifier are provided to control the sound source reproduction of an MP3(MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) layer 3) player or a mobile communication terminal by using a remote controller for controlling the audio amplifier. An input unit(110) allows a user to select a desired function or input information. A memory(130) stores programs and data necessary for a sound source reproducing device. An I2S(Inter-IC Sound) interface unit(150) transmits a digital sound source signal. A UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) interface unit(160) transmits and receives a control signal. A control unit(140) controls the whole operation of the sound source reproducing device. A display unit(120) displays an image signal according to the control of the control unit(140).
