A river bank with a moving path for aquatic animals is provided to improve the habitat and refuge application of the animals and protect the natural ecosystem according to the safe moving path. A river bank with a moving path for aquatic animals is composed of a bank member(10) having a flange(11) projected at both sides of the lower part, an opening part, and a combining groove; an upper combining member(20) installed with a binding device(21) vertically projected to be bonded with the binding groove; an inner cylindrical body(40) containing an upper path, a lower path, an insertion device(43) inserted in the insertion groove and projected at both left and right sides, and a pair of rubber plates(46) mounted at the floor of the upper and lower paths; an inner frame(30) having an upper path(31) corresponded with the upper path and a lower path(32) corresponded with the lower path; an outer frame bolt-combined with the inner cylindrical body; and a flow speed-reducing plate projected to the upper part at the center of the both flanges and installed with a curved part curved to one side.
