A turret tool with a gear box is provided to reduce noise and minimize the occurrence of errors due to the assembly of the product according to the tooth-combination of a pair of bevel gears in the gear box. A turret tool with a gear box formed with a main motor(1) driving a rotary tool(5) comprises a shaft(6) rotatably connected with the main motor by a coupling(7); and a gear box(22) combined with the shaft by a key(21a) to transfer power to a tool driving shaft(10). The gear box comprises a socket(21) formed with the key combined with a key groove of the shaft, a bevel gear(20a) fixed at the socket by a bolt(11), another bevel gear(20b) tooth-geared with the bevel gear, a drive shaft(9) rotated by the bevel gear, and plural bearings formed on the outside of the bevel gears and the drive shaft.
