A nano-silver spraying device is provided to mass-produce towels containing nano-silver by equally applying a certain quantity of the nano-silver on both surfaces of fabrics by passing the fabrics through a passage in which the nano-silver is sprayed to left and right sides at the same time. The nano-silver spraying device is composed of tanks(10) installed at left and right sides in a longitudinal direction with facing each other, to form a space passing fabrics(15), made of stainless, and filled with nano-silver; plural air nozzles(11) longitudinally arranged on the upper ends of the left and right tanks at regular intervals with facing each other, to suck the nano-silver stored in the tanks and spray the nano-silver on both surfaces of the moving fabric; an air line(12) spraying the nano-silver by connecting the air nozzles and supplying the air to the air nozzles; and a booth(13) installed between the left and right tanks in a roof form to prevent the nano-silver from being scattered in spraying the nano-silver through the air nozzles, wherein upper and lower sides of the booth are opened to pass the fabrics, front, rear, left, and right sides are blocked up, and the booth sprays the nano-silver on both surfaces of the fabric by passing the front ends of the air nozzles through the inner left and right sides.
