Provided is a skin cleaner composition which has a spherical lamellar structure, is excellent in aging stability, is small in the stimulus to the skin and shows a preparation such as soft lotion or cream. The skin cleaner composition comprises 0.1-30 wt% of an anionic surfactant; 0.1-30 wt% of an amphiphilic surfactant; 0.1-10 wt% of a fatty acid or a nonionic surfactant; and 0.1-30 wt% of a quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 is a C12-C18 linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group; R2 and R3 are independently a C1-C3 alkyl group; n is 1-10; and X is a halogen atom, a sulfate group or an acetate group.
