A desk advertising pad having a replaceable light emitting advertising member and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to intensively illuminate an advertising part by using a separate light emitting member, thereby increasing advertising effect. An advertising pad includes an upper pad(10) made of a soft transparent synthetic resin and having a projection formed on a lower edge, and a lower pad having a groove(21) formed on an upper edge, a seating groove(22) formed on the center portion to receive a printed film(30), and an insertion portion(25) formed on one side of the center portion, and a cable groove formed on the bottom surface. The printed film is interposed between the upper pad and the lower pad, and plural silicon sheets are adhered on the bottom of the lower pad. A light emitting member is inserted in the insertion portion. An electric power is supplied from a battery to the light emitting member and a speaker by a button of a pen holder(50). |
