A detachable mounting structure of a rear folding seat is provided to easily detach/mount a rear seat cushion by mounting the rear seat cushion through its own weight and to thereby improve working efficiency and convenience. A detachable mounting structure of a rear folding seat comprises a main body(10) formed with a slide hole(11) and an insertion hole(12) and installed on one side of the lower surface of a seat frame installed with a rear seat cushion; a locking unit(20) formed with a through-hole(21a) of a hanging tool(21) and a connecting hole(22) at one side of the slide hole of the main body to be communicated; a connecting unit(41) of a pulling unit(40) formed with a handle unit(42) at one side of the connecting hole of the locking unit; an elastic member(50) installed between the main body and the locking unit to recover the locking unit sliding toward one side by the pulling unit; and the hanging tool drawn into a hanging groove(31) of a fixing unit(30) inserted into the insertion hole of the main body according to sliding of the locking unit to be locked or unlocked. |
