摘要 A fuel cell system capable of generating electricity by utilizing electrochemical reaction between a fuel gas and an oxidizing gas, comprising a pressure regulating valve installed in a fuel gas supply passage leading the fuel gas from a fuel gas supply source to a fuel cell and regulating the supply gas pressure of the fuel gas, an opening control valve installed in the fuel gas supply passage on the downstream side of the pressure regulating valve and stepwise or continuously setting the valve opening thereof according to opening control signals, and a control means controlling the state amount of the fuel gas supplied to the fuel cell to a target amount by controlling the opening control signals according to the operating conditions of the fuel cell system. Thus, the pressure of the fuel gas (for example, hydrogen gas) depressurized by the pressure regulating valve can be further controlled by the opening control valve disposed on the downstream side of the pressure regulating valve so as to be a target pressure according to the operating conditions of the fuel cell system.
